My second rental I've gotten. One moving truck one SUV. Both rentals were nice and transactions were smooth. The good deals plus unlimited mileage is what drew me in will continue to rent from Budget
I prepaid for this reservation in full. United Airlines changed the arrival and departure times of the flight, so I modified the pickup and dropoff times of the car rental. For that I was socked with a $125 fee. I now advise everyone to NEVER prepay for the reservation, because anything could happen.
Service has been excellent and a great surprise when they upgraded my reservation at no cost. The Challenger was amazing!!
I recieved great customer service on line and at pick up. Unlimited mileage and a roomy SUV served its purpose for what I needed.
I would give it zero stars if I could. The staff members were rude, apathetic, and extremely slow and unhelpful. I would highly recommend avoiding them and would have gladly paid more to use a different car rental company. The vehicle was good and we had no problems in that aspect however I plan to never use Budget ever again due to the worst customer service experience i have ever had.
