The barista Kara (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly) went the extra mile to ensure they’re stocked up on the “strawberry overnight oats” for my sister and I. She knows we are both vegan and regulars at this location who order that snack almost every visit. Thanks for your hospitality and hard work! It doesn’t go unnoticed.
While the barista at the window was pleasant. Our order was wrong. We ordered two medicine balls (steamed lemonade, hot water, peach tranquility tea and jade citrus mint tea with peppermint syrup). We received hot water with the two tea bags in it. This was especially disappointing because 1) we needed the drinks for a long drive and 2) I needed the tea with peppermint syrup to soothe my sore throat. We should have just saved our time and money, especially after waiting 20 minutes in line.
This was the most delicious flat white I’ve had, maybe ever ud83dude0d Thank you!
