If you want to get information from this bank, good luck. I've been in my industry 25 years and have never worked with a bank that was as difficult to get a payoff for a client. Had to get written permission from the client (even with their client sitting with me) to provide them verification. Even after providing this, it took a day to respond and then they would only mail the payoff. What you can normally get from a lender in a matter of minutes takes days.

I have been a member of Atlantic Union Bank for ten plus years and after today I am contemplating closing all of my accounts and credit cards. This morning, I stopped in the drive through on my way out of state to get cash out and the teller gave my money and Drivers license to another drive through lane. The person left and I sat there for ten minutes before they realized the mistake they had made. But not before they sent someone else’s tube with their info to me. They gave me the cash I had requested but basically I would be without my drivers license until he returned. It could not have happened at a worse time as I was on my way out of state and needed my drivers license for several events I was attending. Not to mention to drive!! There was basically nothing they could do to correct the error and I just had to wait and hoped he would come back. Luckily he came back a short time later and I was able to leave but not after an overwhelming amount of stress. I just can’t understand how this could happen.

This Union Bank & Trust always has fast and efficient service through the drive-through and inside. Of course Friday afternoons are a little busy. However, I have found that that to be true with any bank in my experience.nnThey also offer notary services during lobby hours.nnThe inside is clean and inviting and is spacious with plenty of privacy if you want that with your transaction.

The staff actually care about and remember their customers. They provided our company with the highest quality customer service, and they have consistently helped us achieve our goals. Sheltered, drive-thru ATM. Out of the hundreds of times I have been to this ATM over the last few years, it has only been out of order twice that I can remember.
