Awesome staff. Super customer service. I met with Heather and she actually took the time to explain the Avid microchipping program.

The Shelter is just great..Caring, loveable people work here. I know personally just how much when I had to take my two doggies in..they found homes for them.

If I could give negative stars I would give them the lowest negative star!nThe 2 ladies are extremely rude and stuck up! (Can't remember names) I went to take my Pitbull about 3 weeks ago!nI came in and they were so nasty to me! This was my last resort, I did not want to take my Pitbull here but I was moving out of state the next day and couldn't take her with! They clearly could see that I was extremely upset and trying to hold back tears, but they kept making me feel worse, that I'm a bad person for doing this, like I said this was my last resort! They kept saying they will have to put her down, cuz she's barking so much, well maybe because she's really scared and don't know what's happening! The ladies were just stuck up and rude, making me feel like I'm a terrible person, and acted like 'they have money and I dont'!nIf I wasn't so upset, I would of probably jumped over the counter and beat someone's ass!!nI hope one day the county grows up and sees how terrible this place is and shuts them down!nI SERIOUSLY 'DO NOT' RECOMMEND THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!

They only seem to be open like 3 hours out of the day, Mon-Fri. They will only pick up animals after hours if they are detained? Isn't that the whole point of animal control? If the animal is dangerous or has rabies, you are supposed to try and catch them yourself? Get real.
