White Rock Falls

Question...has anyone else attempted to hike this trail and actually also missed the waterfall? Where the hell is it? We parked at White Falls Parking lot and hiked clockwise an hour and a half and never saw it. I’m going to say that maybe signage needs to be updated???? Did anyone else experience this phenomenon?

New hiker but it was quite a lot of fun. Parked up at the Slacks overview where you have to cross the street and travel down a bit (heading toward the 20-min cliff overview) and the path is there. it isn't labeled at the entrance , it's just a break and some stairs into the woods. It's a very easy and beautiful hike from this direction to the falls. Found two different points in the falls to enjoy. The hardest part is coming back out, especially of you're out of shape as it's mostly downhill in and thus mostly uphill out. Will admit we didn't do the full loop, we left the way we came.

Nice hike to the falls. Definitely not a beginner trail. Wear proper footwear.

We drove an hour from Blowing Rock to check this place out, & it was worth the drive!!! The whole reason you come to the mountains is to check out the scenery & white falls does not let you down!!
