Overall experience with this facility was horrible. Not sure how they have such good reviews. Receptionist was so rude to me and disrespectful. It’s a long story, but all I have to say is they don’t care about their patients at all. The one nurse Tameka there was extremely rude as well. Already wrote on their website and told them everything that happened to me, but of course the manager never got back to me. I’m sure they’re backing up their employees and allowing them to treat patients like complete trash. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend. Dr Zelda Johnson evaluated me. She took the time to listen to me. Im dealing with a scary set of circumstances and Dr Johnson addressed my concerns. She didnt have all the answers, but she was very candid about this and I respect that very much. She did however give me a physical examination. It was this exam that let me know in which direction I should go and Im very grateful to her and to the professional staff there. The nurse practitioner that initially spoke with me ( im bad with names and it wasn't on my paperwork) was very knowledgeable and her demeanor put me at ease. All told just a great group of classy ladies here. Id give them all 10 stars if i could. These are courageous women putting themselves in harms way to help others.

We just want to thank you for the incredible service PACS provided to us. We were in dire straits and Diamond at the front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful. Gina and Kelley made the experience as good as it could be, Gina with her positive attitude and friendly way, not to mention efficient and clear with her delivery method as well as complete explanations about this unique virus. PACS said my insurance card was inactive... So I called my insurance company. They confirmed that my card was good.. * While on the phone with them, trying to get attention of the receptionist at the same time * The office manager comes out there saying that I will not talk to her employees any kind of way.... She was very very hateful towards out of control. !!! I'll never ever will go to PACS Ruther Glen again. !!! Their customer service is in the toilet non concerning to the patient needs.....

I would give 0 if I could. Do not go I repeat do not go right now or anytime soon. They will direct u they can not see u if u have one or more of the covid symptoms and thats a very long list and they will charge u 60 dollars to tell u they can't see you. So you will end up paying even more to go some where else. Save ur money and time. The CDC guidelines r they can't see u. However its not their guidelines to charge you to say they can't see you. People who already are out of work young adults who don't make much as is and people with out insurance at this time don't need to be charged to be told they can't be seen. I repeat save ur money go somewhere else.nnResponse yes was charged to be told can't be seen !!!!
