Definitely out of the way. Beautiful groomed sites. The well is still not fixed . Just bring your own. Plenty of trails to hike and plenty of firewood just laying around. Add this to your to-do list. Enjoy...

10 campsites, all free with 2 vault toilets and a hand pump water well.

It's a good option for a free campsite, and very convenient to the Potts Mountain Jeep Trail. Pretty clean. But the water pump is still broken, so I wouldn't stay longer that a night. Also fairly close to the road, you can hear/see traffic passing by. Primative toilets, no sinks or showers.
