Saatva is a peaceful space for yoga. I’ve known Megan for years and taken her classes. She is very knowledgeable, particularly in Ashtanga yoga. You will immediately feel welcomed upon entering. She will guide you through your beginning practice, not only making it easier for a beginner, but also deepening your practice as you become advanced.
Great opening weekend! I’m so proud of Megan opening her own studio. Can’t wait for my 90min massage next week!
