Ordered a simple three topping pizza. We got a 5-topping pie that we couldn’t eat (allergy issues). Manager blamed it on the driver who apparently puts pizzas in boxes and gave us the wrong one (??).nnAsked for lightly cooked. It wasn’t.nnThe cinnamon twists were over cooked/fried... and hard.nnOur money was refunded but We were left with nothing to eat for dinner. An apology would have been appreciated. They wouldn’t deliver a replacement as ours was a pick up.nnCalling in is a pain as you’re forced to listen to multiple offers and covid info. Multiple people ultimately picked up the phone, the young lady who took the order had poor listening skills.
Never any issues. Fastest delivery around. People always nice. No complaints from this pizza lover ☺ufe0f
A few weeks ago we had an issue with a promotion Dominos was having for a free pizza....I posted a review and received a reply within the day to rectify the situation. The manager , Kris, went way out of his or her way to be sure we remained customers of this store. Long story short, we are still going to be customers of this store. Great customer service by these guys. They stand behind what they sell. Thanks, Joe and Laura
