Within 15 minutes of arriving at Ghrist auto, John (co-owner) had showed me a group of beautiful classic cars he was in the midst of restoring. He had done some awesome work with a SS clone -- beautiful new Edelbrock components -- looked like it would absolutely hum. Anyhow, so we have a nice, warm reception.nnProceeded to check out and test drive the car I wanted. Car was a 2003 Hyundai Elantra GT. Drove well, sounded good, looked almost new except for a ding in the windshield and a slight spacing on the driverside window insulation (caulking?). John more than compensated with a discount even though the car was already below KBB.nnSo we talked a bit more and after getting to know John and his wife Diane I honestly felt like I could genuinely trust them. Proceeded to buy the car and was entertained while the paperwork process went by extremely fast.nnAlso nice to see a small company working with another to provide you a free limited warranty with a used vehicle. They also had a few other nice ones sitting on the lot.nnAll in all this experience was 100x better than the last bunch I have had while looking at cars.
