I was pointed in the direction to contact Richard J Cohen regarding a proof of claim notice. However he failed to show any type of professionalism when it came to assisting my company with our notice we received from the US Bankruptcy Court and even went as far as to say we were the dumbest people he's ever spoken with. In this line of business I do not expect to be spoken down upon and called a liar especially when I'm directed to an office for help. I suggest looking elsewhere for assistance because he certainly will not show any type of respect.

I contacted Richard J Cohen regarding a proof of claim notice our company received from the US Bankruptcy Court. He was extremely rude to my co-worker and myself actually calling us stupid and hanging up on me. He was hateful and so disrespectful. I have never been so offended and by someone who considers themselves a professional. I would not contact this individual for anything.
