Rad Case and his staff at Case Estate and Elder Law have been providing my family with wonderful assistance since we took on the task of establishing our will and estate plans. While never easy to think about, it's been a relief to have things organized for us by such a caring professional who truly has our family's best interests in mind.nnWith careful, detailed initial planning and thorough annual updates to our plan, we are pleased to continue to return to the office once a year to keep our estate plan UP-TO-DATE as life has become more complex, especially with the pandemic this year. This is an exemplary office run by true professionals.

I had a lengthy conversation with Rad Case yesterday, December 3, 2020. He answered some of my questions several times because my ignorance of estate planning is abysmal and I didn't understand right away despite the clarity of Rad's replies.nnThis was a valuable hour for me, and all it got Rad was the labor of making me see reason. This is because we concluded that I should not move forward with my plan as it stood, but should contact him again after certain issues were resolved. I was prepared to engage him and pay him his fee, but he spent a chunk of his day, when he could have been making money, talking me out of paying him mine.nnI did not shop around for an estate attorney. The Case firm was recommended to me. When the time comes I will return to them, and will recommend them to others without hesitation.nnThe people who answer the phones are also really nice.

Just completed the task of updating our estate plan with Attorney Rad Case. Creating the original plan might have been a depressing undertaking but was actually enjoyable and enlightening. Rad shared a wealth of information with us and guided us through the process in a way that was easy to follow and understand. He made updating the plan so easy and addressed all our concerns. Our experience with Rad Case and others at Case Estate & Elder Law P.C. has been positive overall, from our first virtual meeting, through multiple conversations, emails and in-person signings. We entered the process of preparing our wills and trusts knowing very little and a bit over our heads. Rad gave us clear, compassionate guidance and professional advise. Recently I called Mr. Case in regards to my mothers estate and her transition into a LTR living situation. She never did any estate planning for of her life. It was up to myself to research and become educated on the subject matter. Charlie Sr. really took the time to listen too my family plan. In the end, he said I got it right. For me it was so reassuring to hear him tell me that. Navigating these issues, sometimes complex can be difficult. For this is not easy to deal with. One should consult a professional, for that I am eternally grateful for Charlies advice and encouragement.
