I own a multi-unit property in Clairton, PA and recently it has become difficult for me to manage due to a new work schedule and my distance from the property. In years past, I was as a self-employed General Contractor and at the time, maintaining these rentals was much easier because of scheduling flexibility and the in-house ability to dispatch members of my crew. In the past several days I found myself in a situation where I needed to tend to this property but unfortunately had no time. One of my long-term and best tenants had a legitimate and immediate need and satisfying her request was very important to me. So, I began searching the internet for local handyman services. I called 3-4 different numbers and left messages. Ryan was the first to call me back (within 10-15 minutes). I explained to him what I needed in the short-term and long-term and he was eager and willing to respond. Within minutes he was on his way to the property and not long thereafter, I received before and after photos on my phone of the work he had completed. I was so grateful and impressed with his ability and responsiveness. As if that wasn’t enough, he then told me that he was willing to wave the charge for that visit in exchange for an opportunity to do more work for me. I must say, in all my years working with and around tradesmen, I NEVER expected that! It’s so refreshing to meet such an ambitious and generous young professional. I told Ryan I would gladly and most certainly call on him again. Little did we know it would be the very next day. Again, I called on Ryan and just as he did the first time, he responded quickly. Additionally, he went the extra mile and was able to think outside of the box to achieve what I needed done on the second visit. Ryan told me he was looking to partner with investors such as myself and it’s my opinion that any investor absolutely needs to be partnered with a guy like Ryan! Thank you so very much, my friend!!!
