The Vault Jiu Jitsu

The coaching and mentor ship provided by the vault is absolutely top notch. I started day one with zero knowledge of BJJ and Matt Kelley, the head instructor was able to put my nerves at ease. All of the participants in the classes that I have attended have been awesome. They have all been in my position at some point in time so they are all familiar with the emotions of someone just getting started in the sport. Every single person that I’ve interacted with in the vault training facility has been completely down to earth and eager to teach newer guys. Aside from the actual training the gym it’s self is always kept in immaculate condition, with sanitation and cleanliness being a major priority. I’m very pleased with the experiences I have received from training in this gym so far and I would highly recommend dropping in and checking out a class for anyone looking to challenge themselves mentally and physically.

I’ve trained with Matt for approximately 4 years, and he was one of my instructors for approximately two years. I can guarantee that you will not find a more welcoming school and encouraging individual. I have also trained with other instructors at the Vault and their knowledge and enthusiasm are off the charts. Matt and his team genuinely care about your development and are fun to be around. They will treat you like family. Whether you want to learn self defense, get into shape, or be a high-level competitor, the Vault is the perfect place. You will feel like you are part of the team and the family no matter what your goals are.

Vault’s staff and facility are world-class to say the least. The space is super clean, spacious, and has plenty of natural sunlight that’s inviting, and makes training an even more pleasant experience.nnIt’s also refreshing that the members are really welcoming and down to earth. They’ve got really great members there to train with.nnI love the special guests they bring in from time to time to teach too. I wrote this review only having been to two classes due to the pandemic but I’ve been training close to 4 years. It convinced me to leave my previous gym that I was on the fence about. I came to the Vault to visit a couple friends. Immediately I felt welcomed and impressed. I was blown away by the cleanliness, gym setup, and general positive attitudes surrounding the culture.nnOnce class started it was well thought out and taught with intention. It was glorious.nnFrom the short time I’ve been with the Vault I can see they’re incredibly passionate and only want the best for their students. Continuing to think about future upgrades as well.
