I found Debbie after a Spine Dr. offered only surgery as a solution to severe back pain I'd had for over a year. I tried yoga, PT, saw a chiropractor, osteopath, but I didn't see a difference in my pain. I can honestly say that Debbie and the true Pilates she practices have given me hope and my life back. I've been seeing her for just a few months, consistently doing the home exercises, and the difference is amazing. Having a personal instructor with Debbie’s expertise was the key for me and so worth it! I highly recommend Debbie and her beautiful studio in Osterville.

Debbie is an extremely knowledgeable Pilates teacher . I look forward to my private Pilates sessions and my body has never felt better.
