Vaux Dairy Freeze

We went in today, a woman and her daughter entered after playing in the park across the road so they did not have masks. The woman at the counter then yelled and refused service to them since they didn't have masks, making the young girl cry. Then an employee entered shortly after with no mask on and nothing. Service was also very poor so I will not be returning.

Get the same thing every time. Visit the business very often. The young employees are not friendly or nice. Each time the treats are made differently, sometimes it's awesome but most of the time its not. I cant help to be upset this evening ( when I got take out for my family since my wife isn't home until the dairy freeze is closed)when again we go to eat it and the order is wrong. It's a lot wrong when you ask for chocolate ice cream and get vanilla. Maybe not a big deal to some but huge for me and my wife! Could be an amazing little spot I love the menu. Needs some proper management open to close and consistency with their food and service!

Love the food and ice cream! Wish they were open year round!

Food good but not as good as when they were DQ. But food is good.
