I started going to the Pilates Room in 2014. The level of knowledge and individual instruction at this studio is unmatched on Cape Cod. Carrie and Connie are professional in every way. Group lessons max out at 4 students. I have been in many different classes and the instructors are always watchful and mindful of each individual and any physical restrictions he or she may have. Each week is different and challenging. The core strength I have developed has increased my balance, saved me from slips and falls, improved my posture and got rid of my lower back discomfort. There is a professional yet laid back atmosphere at The Pilates Room that I love going to every week!

This is a miracle place. If you have given up with your body, and tried everything under the sun, and nothing worked, you are exactly where I was before I started to practice Pilates at Pilates Room.nI did not have much faith in it, and my best friend talked me into coming with him for one class just to see what it is all about. I was sincerely amazed with the class itself, and the feeling it gave me right after.nnSince that first time two months ago, I've been practicing Pilates twice a week. My body feels stronger, more toned, and my work related hand, neck and back discomfort are resolved!nnI am a dentist, and to me it is important to stay strong, and healthy in order to perform daily surgery successfully and safe for my patients.nPilates Room classes are low impact, and the same time profoundly effective. TheynThank you Carrie, the owner of this wonderful studio, for your commitment and genuine help to your clients.
