I had bought a 2014 awd Dodge Charger from them, I drove over 4 hours to purchase it. On my way home the check engine light came on. I brought it to a dodge dealership the next day and they said the transmission was fried. I contacted Fred beans about the issue and they ignored me until I threatened legal action. I am very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Fred Beans always treated me right every time I went there. Did excellent and timely service with friendly and courteous employees.

Made appointment a week agead no mebtion on web sight of limted shuttle service!! Have used this serive for over 10 years. Went to drop iff car and was told no shuttle service because of covid bc limted to one passenger per ride! Literally live 10 minutes from dealership!! Every time i leave car im the only one in shuttle anyway! Seems like a poor excuse to deliver bad service!! Wear a mask!!! And thers no problem!!! Had to book with locsl mechanic again!! Poor service as usual!!!

Worst service ever. My partner went to get her car serviced and I had to actually be the one to follow up with them. There is no reason I should have had to get involved! Never going back!
