Boston Market

Nope. Extremely disappointed. Stopped here after a bike ride on the Bartram trail. Food was barely warm. Price for a sandwich was higher than dinner. Veggies mushy. Tasted cheap. Couldn’t finish it. Ate inside the restaurant which is unappetizing and quite dirty.

I haven't been to a Boston Market in probably 10 years and I'm in no hurry to return. The garlic herb chicken was good and moist and the mashed potatoes were good but the corn tasted as if it was dumped right out of can, the staff was friendly but the atmosphere was less than desirable it was cold in the restaurant and they didn't update any of the old decor that was previously owned by pizza hut now maybe that's because of the pandemic but the seats are all ripped up. I guess I was expecting it to be all shiny and new since they just opened about a month or so ago.

Not stopping there again. Hamburg is our refueling and eating spot on our 4+ hour journey. Love eating at Boston Market, by our home. Haven't since pandemic began. So we decided to stop in the new Hamburg location. Unlike previous Boston Market experiences, by home, the food was visible as you ordered it. Customer service was average. Food portions were smaller than I remembered and cold. Corn bread felt as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. Very disappointed.

Figured we would try it since we haven’t been to a Boston Market in years. 2 days after the snow stopped, the lot and walks were still not cleared. Okay, decided to try anyway. Got a Boston Carver sandwich and side of Mac n cheese. Sandwich was so dry I had to drink water to swallow it down and Mac n cheese was watery and runny. Such a disappointment. Never again!

Well let me start with that we were very Happy that Boston Market is opening in Hamburg, but first experience was not good! Last night we tried to call multible times for a pickup order and no one answered. We decided to drive by, they were open but not taking any orders claiming that they do not have enough food ready. The waitress said they are only taking online orders and the orders are backed up. The parking lot was filled with cars that they needed to order but no one was taking orders so we left and ordered from Crack Barrel!
