Dyer's is a Cape Cod standard. They have been in business for a long time and the reason is their customer service is second to none.

This is a gem of a shop for your lighting! I brought in a broken, complicated European halogen floor lamp with two broken lights, a loose swinging arm and /a transformer with its wires pulled out . Within minutes, he had diagnosed and fixed it all for an incredibly modest price and in a totally pleasant manner. I could not have been more pleased!
This is a wonderful store. Helpful, kind. They do all sorts of repairs . Careful with your things, prompt. I have been on Cape for many years, and so happy to find them
Absolutely horrendous. They promise to call and don't. My item has been there 3 months! I would call regularly and they made all sorts of promises. Picking it up on Monday in the exact same condition I brought it into them. No one has a conscience who works there.
