I purchased clothing online for store pick up. I waited in line for a few minutes until someone was available. The pick up process was easy. They asked for my name and directly brought out my clothes afterward. The pick up option is so convenient and I’d rather do that when I will be in the area vs shopping every store (COVID-19). The selection online with product information, and reviews is the ultimate way to shop in my opinion. Then being able to go in the store and see product is a plus. I’ll be happy when shopping returns to normal and I’ll be happy to shop brick and mortar stores again.

I love the discount racks, I can find really cute clothes for really cheap! I got this top for about $10 on clearance.

I was greeted by lady who was very nice and I had told her I had bought a pair of slippers that were too small during a 40% off event and used a 10 dollar reward I had earned to pay for them. They were too small so I asked to exchange them and was told I would be able to keep my reward and make up a price difference if the price did not match the slippers because they did not have the size I needed. I found 2 sweaters I wanted to buy and when I went to do the exchange the manager, Michelle, who was standing by, told me I had to have the exact price that the slippers were to keep my reward and if not the exact price I would lose the reward that I had earned by spending money in the first place, and specifically stated that she was doing me a courtesy so I could keep the reward. I had told her that was not what I was told when I entered the store and checked before I decided to shop around and she said that the employee that told me that was not the manager, that she was. I’m very disappointed in the way that I was spoken to and they way that, Michelle, the manger, had handled the situation. I will not continue to do business at this location. I picked up my slippers and asked for my bag back because I thought the fact that I was spending even more money was a courtesy to her. I would actually give this experience a 1 star, but I want to give some of the employees some credit.
