Omega Federal Credit Union in Wexford, is very fortunate to have Jim Huerbin as one of their Member Service Representatives. Not only was he incredibly polite, but he showed me Top notch customer service and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. His knowledge of the membership process streamlined my visit and all questions were answered. If you are looking for a New bank and/or credit union, look no further. Go see Jim at Omega(Wexford). I have only been a member for a short while, but the staff at this Wexford branch is so friendly and professional. I wish I had made the switch to Omega sooner. Not only do I have accounts, but my children do as well. The customer service is superb. Highly recommend this company.

I have been a member for close to 30 years. The customer service is superior. They are like family. The online banking portion and bill pay is intuitive and easy to use. I have acquired many loans through Omega and the process is simplistic. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone searching a fresh banking experience.
