This site is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. Whenever I I need a delicious dinner, this is the place that comes instantly to my mind. extremely good and all kinds of food and a rich cuisine.generous crew, and great vibes. Not less important, the charge is reasonable. I suggest this place with no doubt.

Food is always well made and service is very good. Oh yeah, the rolls are Excellent! Especially when paired with their signature dipping oil. Bumped it to 5 stars.

Last Sunday I ordered online for delivery. It originally said an hour and a half for delivery. At about 2 hours I called as their order tracker literally didn't even say they had made the food yet. The girl on the phone was very nice and apologetic, saying how it was busy and they were still making it. Another 20 minutes or so later the food was on its way. After 2 and a half hours or so, our food arrived cold and soggy...like it had been sitting for a while (even though if they were still making it 20 min earlier it should have still been piping hot). This isn't the first sub par experience we've had here, but unfortunately it will probably be the last. It is a real shame because I used to love bertuccis and was sad to see a lot of them close. I gave them 2 stars because the food was still edible after re-heating it in the oven but I essentially paid $80 for food that tasted like yesterday's leftovers.
