Great sandwiches! A couple of bucks more than other sub shops but worth every penny!!!! Update 4/13/2021 I order once a week. Always constant always great! You won't be disappointed. Downtown Worcester & Northborough location's are both excellent!

Shame!!! Shame on me for going to JJ's! Does anyone really like this place? This is the third time I've been to a Jimmy John's and I have to say it's three strikes and you're out. I wanted to give it a chance but I can't it's just plain gross. I don't understand what the fascination is. Seriously, Subway is better than this! As I sit upon my porcelain throne I find that hindsight is 20/20 and realize it will be no return to Jimmy John's for me ever!

Best Subs, super fast delivery... Always friendly... Just have to give my telephone number and they remember my order. Love it. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!

Extremely disappointed. I was very excited to see that they had lettuce wraps so my husband and I decided to go here for lunch. The boy working the register was extremely rude to the customers before us and was very rude to us as well. If you hate your job you should probably get another one. I felt very bad for the couple in front of us, they had very strong accents and he couldn't understand them and instead of being patient and helpful he was giving them a lot of attitude and was frustrated at them. He acted like them coming in was a giant inconvenience for him. Anyways, I ordered a unwich and asked to add tomatoes, he basically rolled his eyes at me and didnt actually put tomatoes on my sandwich. It also was supposed to come with honey dijon which he put mayo instead. For an $8 sandwich it was extremely small and not worth the money. I wont be coming back to this location and I hope the owner/managers look into who this worker was and do something about it
