This is such a great facility, it would be difficult to give it any less then 5 stars. Indoor basketball court is a massive plus. That and an indoor pool and comfortable locker room immediately separate BSC from your run-of-the-mill gym out there. One thing I would comment is more training for front desk staff. Although they are friendly upon entry, they rarely have sure fire answers to questions.
There's an old man that likes to start problems with anyone in that gym. My husband got kicked out just because of listening to music. Should file for discrimination.
March 2020, the agreement was to stop my monthly billing until Covid was no longer an issue. Unbeknownst to me, they started charging me again in July, for a total of $180. Yes, I should have paid more attention. I emailed twice them thru the website contact on Tuesday, 2 March. It promised quick response. As of today, 5 March, not a word.
Very poor way of doing business for such a good gym. Had such a hard time to cancel and I got charged the annual fee 2x and I only had the membership for 1 year
The new manager Josh, took time out of his day to help me resolve an important billing issue that otherwise would have been a real problem. It was very clear to me that he genuinely cares about his clients, making sure they are happy and justly cared for. He gave me some great advice, and saved me a lot of time. Looks like things are headed in the right direction under the new management.
