The most wonderful friendly helpful employees on the planet. I love shopping there. Have never been disappointed there. If you need help with anything in that store in Marston Mills you will get help with a welcoming smile.nI just wonder why the pictures of the employees are of people that are not at our store. How about showing the pictures of our employees that work at Marston Mills. You know praise should always be given twofold to employees that work so hard to take care of their customers. Very kind and helpful staff with a great wide selection of products. They now have a Walgreens pharmacy which I have started using and is unbelievably better than my old one.

I switched to this Rite Aid Pharmacy at the same time my insurance changed. Two of my prescriptions were not covered, so I had to pay the full price myself. This happened twice. Eventually, I contacted the insurance company and discovered that the prescriptions were NOT rejected... coverage was Never Requested by Rite Aid Staff. The person I dealt with appeared to be covering for management and was therefore both helpless and useless; offering no suggestions. I was told that the charges were 'Too Old' to be reviewed (2-5 months). I lost over $200 on THEIR ERROR and THEIR Refusal to correct it! My insurance company did refund a small amount of the loss; at least proving the situation was poorly handled. This is NOT the way to shop Local!

I recently transferred my prescriptions from “the other” well known pharmacy to the Riteaid Pharmacy in Marstons Mills. I was a customer of that other pharmacy for 20+ years. The techs at the other pharmacy were great! It was the behavior of the pharmacist every month I visited his pharmacy that sent me across the street to this Riteaid Pharmacy!nI can’t say enough positive things about this pharmacy! The ENTIRE pharmacy staff couldn’t be more knowledgeable, helpful, kind, caring and non-judgemental!!! They go above and beyond what the typical pharmacy does for its customers. Initially, I transferred to this pharmacy without insurance and a whole lot of issues! The staff spent SO MUCH time helping me get the best price for my prescriptions AND had SO MUCH patience with me!nI wish I had transferred to this pharmacy MUCH SOONER! Thank you MM Pharmacy staff!
