CVS

Went to get pictures printed and needed help, i called before i went their and Barry on the phone was EXTREMELY polite. Came into the store and Mckenzie was also great helping me with the printing options.nProbably the best CVS I've ever been too. I will go out of my way to come back. It was my first time their and was blown away with the phenomenal customer service.

Great service, friendly workers, clean store, always has what I need, great deals.

Total incompetence in the pharmacy! Do yourself a favor avoid this place. Specially the Saturday night crew. Awful!!! I’m absolutely switching to Rite Aid.

Have never had such a good experience with a pharmacy. They caught a mistake on my insulin prescription my very first time using them that nobody else had caught, and have been with them ever since. We have been going to this location for about a year now and have never had anything but a great experience. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have gone out of their way for us on numerous occasions. When my husband had surgery Chris the pharmacist stayed late to repeatedly contact the insurance company for authorization so he could get the treatment he needed. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I typically go to the cvs on North Street and never had an issue there. I have worked at CVS in the past, and always tried my best to help ALL customers. Today approximately 30mins ago, I went in to get passport size photos for my son and I. I made sure to tell the cashier we were in a hurry. Instead of finishing up with us first who were there first, after I told her I was cashing out some stuff for my son. She went ahead and started cashing out the line even after I told her we’re cashing. I didn’t say anything because I get that you want to help with the line. After the photos printed I said to her “ma’am the photos are done printing could you cash us out now PLEASE because I was catching a ferry leaving in 15mins. She totally ignored me cashed out two more persons on top of the others before, that came after myself and baby boy on my hips. She Went ahead and apologized to the other customer in line instead. At that point I was completely confused, she should have wrung us up first, scan the receipt of my photos finish with us that were waiting first then attend to the que alongside the other cashier on duty. Or atleast acknowledge that we were waiting to be helped. Unless that’s not how customer service works anymore. Luckily her supervisor realized the urgency and the fact that we were patiently waiting FIRST due to the time constraint and was very helpful. Or else I would have missed my ferry and miss work. On top of that she printed double what I asked for, which I now have to return because I was wondering why the photos were so expensive.
