They were rude disrespectful arrogant customer servicehas to be one of the worst convenience stores in Hyannis that I know of West staff being disrespectful

Stay away from this store. They sold me a defective vapor for the second time, I went back within hours and they refused to return/Exchange and told me to call the vape company and deal with them. They only sell old/defective devices.Very poor customer service!!
