Clean and well maintained facility. Parking was very easy. Pete was the one who helped me. Amazing experience! He was very patient, showing me the units, and guiding me thru the process. Thanks Pete.
Staff were great. The hours need to be expanded or non staffed access granted. On week -ends very hard to get in by 2:00PM on Sunday. Kind of lame.
Pete was very helpful as soon as i came in the door. Very polite and attentive. Great customer service skills and very knowledgeable.
Very professional. Quick service - didn’t have to stand around waiting for employee to figure things out and etc. Friendly and very helpful. NO pushy sales...just the facts & what they have to offer! Units pretty clean and common sense rules. Secure gated facility (gated at night) secured with codes and surveillance. They also have packing supplies and locks right on site for sale. Thank you for a great, expedient, & professional experience !
