Needed to quickly find a storage unit for my new sales representative in South Boston. Went to Prime Storage and Leslie Perez was absolutely fantastic. Showed us multiple units, answered all of the questions I had, and made it simple and easy to get setup. Having dealt with many different storage unit companies over the years for work I would say that this was one of the easiest/best experiences I have had when securing a unit. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

I couldn't figure out how to do the paperwork online. Leslie tried helping me over the phone but I'm not to savvy with a computers at my age. I came into the office and Leslie made the whole process so much more easier. She even helped me change my unit so it coukd be easier to get to. She has the best personality and customer service I've seen in a very long time. I look forward on storing my things here knowing Leslie is managing this place right.

Prime storage is a very clean and accessible facility. It's right off the highway and it's between two train stations. I would recommend anyone in the South Boston, Dorchester, South End and Downtown Boston area to rent at this facility.The general manager Leslie at this location is very professional and she's there to help you all the way.

This is hands down the best storage facility in the city. Leslie truly takes the time to explain to you the process of renting a unit and the steps that need to be taken. She was very kind and respectful the entire time. I will definitely continue to recommend Prime Storage to my friends and family.
