My husband and I moved out to the Westborough area and we brought our first vehicle to Midas. Andrew has been absolutely amazing. He did the necessary work on our vehicle. Pricing is fair. With it being just Andrew and two other techs they get the job done. HighlynRecommend Midas.
This place is very professional and helpful. Needed a new tire so the fixed me up. Then I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. The guy was fine with me swinging by after we packed up the hotel and hit the road. Price check here first for tires.
Friendly staff, conveniently located off Rt.9 westbound. At the right time and depending on needed service the wait is minimal. I've had good experiences with this shop and would recomend.
Brought our car in for a maintenance oil change. Midas did not screw the oil cap back on tightly enough and now there is oil leaking everywhere in the driveway and the engine. Bringing this to another mechanic for a diagnosis. This is unbelievable and will be escalated to the Better Business Bureau. Never coming here again.
I was passing through the area and unfortunately got a flat tire that wasn't easily fixed by pumping air into it. Russell and his team were able to find the problem and fix it quickly! When I drove away, I noticed something else wrong with my steering and when I called them, they told me to come right back. And again they figured out the issue and were friendly, informative, and efficient. Thanks!
