I bought my car here back in 2016.. Good deal. I've been servicing my car here since the and the service experience has always been real good. Honest check and prices for parts replacements. Curteous service, not much of a wait time during service and also got my pick up and drop from home to the service center. Great experience.
Erik was a tremendous help with my past two visits at the service center. On the first occasion, I brought in my BMW 535i with a check engine light. I called early in the morning and he set up a check in with the technician within the hour. Raul was very thorough and quickly identified the problems- a sensor in the fuel tank and an axle boot that needed to be replaced. I did not have to lift a finger because Erik efficiently and meticulously communicated with the warranty company and kept me updated constantly. I recently brought my car in for the second time because I noticed an oil leak. They were able to replace the oil filter housing gasket the very same day and even added a tracer dye as a precaution. I especially appreciated their detailed explanations of each issue and the realistic time frame they provided. I would not hesitate to return as their service is exceptional! Thank you Raul and Erik!
