Friendly staff. Went there to visit a friend and looked at a pre owned vehicle with my girlfriend. Dealership was extremely friendly and showroom was very impressive. No pressure from any salesman to purchase a car from them. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury
Jamie and Tim really made the purchasing process enjoyable. I ask a lot of questions and am very thorough when it comes to big purchases in life. They were very patient and gave me all the information I asked for. When they didn't know the answer to a few of my questions (because I was buying a used Jeep from a Mercedes dealership), they took the time to call experts at Jeep in order to find out for me. No pressure was put on me at all and they made sure all my needs were satisfied. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone
Service was very good, however the car had a hand size grease spot on it that had to be waxed off. Took care of it no problem.
