This review has to to with Keith on the Service side of Fiore's NOT the Sales side. It is my understanding they are two separate sides of the business!nnI have been going to Fiore's Automotive for years. Just over the last three weeks I can share 3 separate issues with cars that demonstrate how honest Keith is and how he goes above and beyond to help. I brought my sister's car in after Ford stated she needed a $1350.00 repair. After Keith inspected the part, he advised me that it was just beginning to show wear and did not need replacement. The next day I brought my daughters Honda in for just an oil change. I asked Keith to inspect the brakes and he advised me that they were bad and needed to be replaced. He had a long line of cars to repair that day but still made the time to make the repair by the end of the day. When I got the car back Keith advised me that by replacing the brakes that day saved the calipers, thereby saving another 300-400 in repairs. Lastly, the heat shield was banging around on my son's car. Keith repaired it within an hour. When I went to pay for the repair, Keith stated it only took 5 minutes to make that repair and did not charge me. Keith's honesty is what keeps me bringing my cars back time and time again!!

Awsome place to buy a car , Rico is an upright fair honest car guy.nWe bought a Ford Taurus police interceptor and couldn't be happier ,we had some warranty work that covid got in the way of and even though a significant amount of time had gone by they stood behind it. The service dept is top notch and even though they are 40 min away I make the trip because they are the best
