My daughter called and made an appointment to see a used Wrangler. She told them we were coming from Cape Cod. When we got there the car was not prepped and not clean. Upon inspection the rear seats were also torn. They said they could replace with generic seat covers. Also on carfax it was reported there was damage and the front drive train was replaced which to me indicated more than just minor damage. What a was of time for a 3 hour round trip...... Just saw your reply. Not so sure about the angry buyer part. We called a couple of times to apologize and reschedule the appointment as we were looking at a couple of other cars . Were you going somewhere ? The condition of the seats were not mentioned. I can understand a car not being washed but not disclosing the condition of the upholstery was an issue. My advice would be not to put a car on the website until it is fully conditioned. Just saw your reply.....Don't think I was confrontational. If you feel that way I apologize. I will say Greg was a nice guy but do you expect people show up and just pay your sticker price for a car which was not in the condition expected? I would assume the KBB price you listed was based upon the vehicle being in very good condition which was not the case. We can go on and on with this. I put up an honest review at my disappointment with my experience after a 90 minute plus one way trip.

I was helped by the salesperson Zee, and the finance manager Jon. The overall experience is very positive. As a first-time buyer of a used vehicle, Zee guided me in many ways and patiently answered my questions. They make the out-of-state purchase very smooth and professional.nnWe had some small issues about the actual mileage on the vehicle and the car key. When I brought up the problems, Zee and Jon took the time to explain to me and tried to resolve the issues. I really appreciate their attitude and patience.

I like the car I got, and the price was responsible, however they did not perform the work they claimed and were not really upfront about the tire wear.nnThey claimed the tires had 6/32 tread, which was true on the outsides, but the centers were almost down to the wear bars. If I didn’t know what I was looking at, I would not have negotiated on this point.nnThey also claimed that they performed an oil change and alignment. The oil change couldn’t have been performed based on the condition of the oil 1,000 miles later. The alignment was also still badly off spec, indicating a poorly performed job.nnOverall, if you want a luxury car, are well informed, and ready to negotiate, you might do okay. If you aren’t all of the above, you’ll overpaynnResponse comments: This dealer doesn’t not have any record of the supposed oil change on CarFax, nor could they possibly know when the oil change I performed occurred.nnAnd why would I bring the car back, a hour away from where I live, to have a second alignment done when the first one was done poorly?nnI see what you do with these reviews, you try to blame the customer for every negative review. And the time that passed between the sale and my review is not relevant. In all honesty, I didn’t want to have a problem obtaining the title from you in retaliation, hence why I waited.
