I started getting my cars serviced at Sentry West back in January of 2014 as a new Mazda owner and haven’t looked back. The staff are tremendously knowledgeable, honest and super nice. I have never had an issue that couldn’t be solved quickly and efficiently with them and I feel like they have become like extended family after all this time.nnAs a single mom, I have sometimes had concerns about cost when a service ended up costing more than expected, but Sentry West was always willing to work with me, searching for and identifying a cost effective option and just being so gracious and helpful.nnI recommend them highly. They are the best!

Katie Miner, our Sales Rep., was extremely helpful both in looking at cars and helping with the purchase. She and other Sentry staff put in hours of effort getting a registration issue straightened out. She was also very personable and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend Sentry Mazda as an excellent place to buy a car.

Love this dealership, I've had every single service done here and every time they exceed my expectations. Super easy website to schedule service. Friendly and helpful service techs, mechanics are top notch. My car comes out purring like a kitten and ready to roar like it's race day at the track. I'm 1100% loyal! Love my Mazda

I was really pleased with my service at Sentry West Mazda. I called in looking to book an oil change and 20,000 mile service. The staff was very friendly on the phone and they got me in that week. When I arrived, they were very efficient, gave me a loaner for the day, and kept me updated throughout the day about the progress on the service. They had the car ready when I came to pick it up. Would highly recommend - great customer service and reliable work!

Great experience buying another car from Sentry West. Jimmy was excellent to work with. Quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process. No BS, no wasted time, no dreaded haggling back and forth. They strive to provide the best deals possible and get things done quickly. Would highly recommend purchasing from them if you're in the market for a Mazda!
