Very friendly, easy to get an appointment. I especially like the service manager I work with - Jonathan. Very honest and easy to communicate with...Probably one of the reasons I have gone back. He doesn’t rush you, answers your questions and he makes dealing with service repairs as pleasant as possible. Recommend the service department!

We had shopped around from Southern NH and Mass to find a hybrid we liked, finally ending up at Lexus of Northborough. Honestly we were not looking forward to a high pressure experience. But we found instead, two guys with great senses of humor, Eugene and Chris. They were great sports all around. Eugene put up with my difficult and hard core personality, laughed with us and then gave us a reasonable deal. No haggling. Chris did our financing and was just much fun. You don't want buying a car not to be a painful experience. This is our second Lexus and now we are really looking forward to a 3rd. But we won't be shopping elsewhere for one. Thanks for a long, but fun afternoon at Lexus of Northborough. And by the way, when we picked up the car, the owner Mitch was a great guy too.

From initial contact with the sales department through delivery of my new RX500, nothing but a great experience.nnFirst time going to Lexus of Northborough and my first ever Lexus product, but if things keep going as positively as they have been so far, it won't be my last!nnThe showroom and facilities are immaculate, and every one of the personnel I dealt with were a pleasure. They were very professional and my salesman, Eugene, was super nice and very knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to this dealership for over a year for service on my RX450h. Today I had the pleasure of buying a new car with them. Corey, Eugene and Chris were absolutely fabulous. Very respectful, friendly, and helpful staff. They worked with me on overall price, payments, warranty, and interest. We typically avoid dealerships but took the chance and are happy we did. Worth the hour drive! Highly recommend this dealership!
