We leased a car 3 years ago at this dealership and everything went very smoothly, it was a very pleasant experience however no that my lease is up and we were looking to purchase the car after the lease as we did not put many miles on the car and it is still in great shape. We figured based on the low mileage and since we know how that we maintained the car well that we would use the buyout clause in our agreement as the buyout price was still a pretty good deal verse the used market. However when we received the paperwork there were all of these fees included in the buyout price making it not that great of deal any more. One of the fees was particularly blatant profit margin. I guess they figured since the car was in such good shape and low mileage that they would get their margin one way or the other. Its not that it was a ton of money it wasn't. It just made you feel like your working with a car salesman if you know what I mean. So buyer beware when they talk about customer service that's great as long as they get their margins. As a result, we are turning in our car and will be shopping for a replacement elsewhere.

I recently purchased a car from Henry Rodriguez at Infinity of Westborough and was very happy with the professionalism he showed to me and the care to walk me through the process since this was the first time I ever purchased a car on my own. Henry was attentive, friendly and responsive. In addition the dealership is quite beautiful, clean and the staff there was wonderful. It’s no wonder why Infinity of Westborough has won the Award of Excellence many times as I saw in the showcase in the lobby. Thank you Henry and Infinity of Westborough for making a large purchase enjoyable.

I was acknowledged at every step professionally and supportively! Staff was pleasant, experienced and attended to all of my needs. They all seemed to be cohesively working to make ensure I had a special well informed experience. Not your typical car dealership atmosphere. Dealership focused on the customer experience for sure.

Our experience from beginning to end at Infiniti Westborough was excellent. Tony Latino is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We went to Tony based on his great reviews and he didn’t disappoint. He’s personable and straightforward, and outfitted us in a great car at a fair price. We’ll be back when it’s time for our next car.

Great experience! I originally made an online inquiry. The follow up was immediate and had an appointment scheduled that suit my schedule. I met with Anthony Latino, Sales and Leasing Consultant, who was great. Explained the whole process with ease as it was my first car buying experience. He was very helpful. Answered all of my questions. Eric Amoah was just as helpful explaining all the financials and answering all of my questions. Highly recommended!
