Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough

My husband and I have been looking for a new car for a few weeks and the first few dealerships we went to we were not impressed at all. That is until we met Jay Gonzalez at Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough. He was able to locate the car we were interested in immediately and was one of the nicest people in the car dealership industry I personally have ever met. He and my husband were cracking jokes and he just made us feel very cared about and more then just another dollar sign walking in the door. He was able to answer all of our questions and we immediately knew we wanted to go forward with purchasing the car. The day we pick it up he along with Cory in financing were both absolutely sweethearts and made the whole process so easy and took care lof everything super quick so we weren't sitting around waiting forever to get going. Jay also lets us know he had all four tires replaced because he didn't like the set that was on them previously and before we left he even let us know the tank was filled completely so we were all set. He is even going to pay for our first inspection sticker whenever we have the chance to have it inspected. Needless to say my husband and I were absolutely thrilled and Jay definitely made us feel like family from the second we walked through the door to the second we drove off the lot. Can absolutely guarantee he will have customers for life and if your in the market for a new car I would check out Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough first before going anywhere else! 5 stars in my book. No doubt about it.

Awesome experience! After a couple months of terrible experiences at numerous dealerships I finally found the truck I wanted at a dealership that made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I worked with a fella named Jay. He was respectful and eager to help and got me in my car as soon as possible. At no point did I feel pressured to buy and they did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need. Would highly recommend checking this place out the next time you are in the market for a car.

Unfortunately has a really bad experience. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor management. I felt this was the only dealership I have ever worked with that actively did not want to sell me the car I wanted to buy. They never called me back. They told me they were going to fix the car and call me to let me know it was ready but they completely dropped the ball.nnGeorge the manager had poor communication skills and did not seem to know what was going on. They were disorganized. David the sales rep did not call me back as promised.nnI was given excuses after excuses. In the end I bought the same car for almost the same price, $1k less, at a competitor Ford dealership.nnI have bought other cars in the past from Herb chambers and had bunch better experience. Don’t know why this was soo difficult.nnIn the end, McGovern Ford provided much better customer service and was much more organized.nnI will not return to Herb Chambers Ford.

I found everyone to be friendly ,courteous, professional and very helpful.nI have been using this dealership for years.nI would recommend them to anyone who asked for a reliable dealership to go to.
