Best experience buying a car in 20 years! Everyone is super polite, professional with no gimmicks and they get the job done exactly as discussed! I’m super satisfied and highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car, stop in and ask for Carmen and anyone on their team! I was able to trade in two cars, upgrade to a bigger SUV at a comparable price and carry over positive equity into the purchase! Got all of this done and drove away with the vehicle in about 4-5 hours! During these times and with everything going on, no time for games or gimmicks and dealing with this team was a pleasant surprise!
I was very satisfied with last week's quick, thorough, professional , and friendly service. The woman who scheduled my appointment was polite, knowledgable and considerate of my needs. She explained various services and prices and arranged my appointment. Luis in the service center was phenomenal as always. I had a loaner car waiting when I arrived and was in and out of the garage in under 10 minutes. He called to give me an update 2 hours later, and again in the late afternoon when the car was ready- to my surprise. In addition to servicing that needed to be done, I needed some body damage repaired. Luis explained to me it could be fixed for a very low price vs. replacing the entire bumper which was the other option- therefore saving me $100's of dollars. This is why I love this service department. They are honest, experienced, and do an excellent job.
We came in to just look at trading out of my lease today. Carmen was our salesman and he was great. He helped me pick out the perfect car (exactly what I had but 3 years newer PLUS remote start and blind spot monitoring). The best part is I’m not paying a penny more for my lease than I was for the old one! I would highly recommend working with Carmen and shopping at McGovern!
I didn't buy my brand new Sierra Denali here, but I sure wish I had. The service department knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional.nThey assured me they contact me asap which they did after they fixed my issue.nnIll be bringing my truck back here after experiencing a less then perfect experience at a closer GMC dealer where I bought my 2020 Sierra.
