Just started my banking at Main St. Bank in Northborough and am already thrilled with the service and attention to detail of this branch. Great work during some crazy times with COVID. All of my friends and neighbors who rave about MSB were right on and I'm excited to be a customer now!

Main Street Bank (MSB) is a great place to do business with .. the staff is professional, responsive, and personable. They have from the time I opened my account been there to answer questions and work with me. The entire staff is so customer oriented - in fact several years ago when I first switched from another bank to MSB (at that time it was Marlborough Savings Bank) I had asked when the ‘mobile deposit’ feature was going to be available - the tech folks actually called me and asked me if I would help beta test the application. Now that’s personal service.
It's a bank with many benefits including but not limited to a real person answering the phones for all their customer needs. I just dont get more personal-care than that.
Always the best service, easy banking. We've been with them over 20 years.
