I had inquired for information and after exchanging a few emails and a person who goes by Brian completely ghosted. I hope he didn’t die, but if not then what a way to do business...pathetic. Too bad since I have five other friends ask me about this fitness center, but I’m glad I went through this experience so they won’t have to.
This place is changing my life! If you are serious about your health, physical and mental, you need to give this place a try. Great coaches, great facility, fun and friendly atmosphere. Workouts are designed so all can participate regardless of skill or physical level. No better place to get healthy, and make some new friends along the way.
Submitted a question on their website over a week ago and no one responded...extremely poor communication.
After coming from a traditional gym where I was afraid to touch a weight, I was very intimidated by the idea of Crossfit. The 978 community took me in and never once made me doubt myself or my ability to do these workouts. The owner, Brian, is knowledgeable and encouraging, always making sure I’m moving safely with good form. I cannot say enough good things about this gym and the community (and it’s clean!!).
Great gym, great members. I would recommend Crossfit 978 to anyone. The best coaches in the area.
