Every time I go in there, the girls are super friendly and have great customer service skills!
I have been in family Dollar several times I switch from Mechanic Street family Dollar to Central St because how disorganized and how dirty it was but customer service was ok-. Unfortunately last couple of times I’ve been in central St store the customer service is lacking, The cashier did not understand the coupon process items were brought up that were exactly what the coupon as described but yet she didn’t know why or how to do it in the register iof course it didn’t help she was on her headphones talking to someone else while I was in front of her and then the last time I went there both the cashiers were were involved in a conversation as I entered I had to say good morning- it’s all good to interact with your coworkers but you need to pay more attention to your customers and if it’s not that busy I believe one of the cashiers could be facing the merchandise until she’s need it because I did see a lot of files I needed facing hopefully this will help and that’s why I didn’t give it a five star

Awesome selections and staff
Excellent customer service and attentive staff. Had an issue that was quickly resolved by management. I never shop at discount retail because the stores are usually filthy and gross but this store is clean and organized! 5 stars
