The staff are nice and the place is clean. A lot of the clothes weren’t in my taste but there was a good array of different kinds. It is more expensive than Savers and kind of on par with Goodwill. The organization could be better too. However, it’s a good store and I recommend it to others.

I was recently called by the store and asked why I gave a 1 star review. To my knowledge, I didn't. My experiences with cutiques and cutie patuties has always been very positive. I have gotten quality, unique items at reasonable prices. Every employee has been friendly and helpful. They manage to locate items that I cant find. So I just wanted to set the record straight. I have had 5 star experiences!

DON'T sell anything of value through Cutie Patutie. Their policy is to NOT allow you to pick up unsold items. I left two pair of Converse sneakers that were worn one time at an event so they were like new. When I called after 2 months they had not even been put out on the floor. Then when I called a month after that, I was told one pair was sold and the other pair was discarded because they were dirty. They were not! I find coverse uncomfortable so they were just worn the one time. Try selling your stuff at the Fashion District in Boston, or eBay, or anywhere else.nnIn response to the owner below: You have the wrong customer. I did not move to this area until 2011 and first stepped in your store a couple years after that. While I did speak with someone from your store in August, no one offered to give my items back to me and I was given the impression the Converse sneakers would be going out on the floor soon. Although she implied they were not even at the store at the time. I never declined to pick them up.nnPlease be more careful when posting customer information. Thank you.
