Pedro and his colleague are excellent. They make it simple, they do a professional job, they communicate well with the customer (time, date, status). FAR better than any National Chain by a long shot. The National Chains will sell you second rate windshields and they make it hard to communicate with them. Solid Auto Glass was the opposite - they were excellent. Will tell family & friends about them.
Solid Auto Glass have actually replaced my windshield twice and they do a very good job! If you have any specific concerns they are willing to listen very carefully regarding glass work. Highly recommend!! Very pleased.
Very easy arrangements for scheduling and dealing with the insurance company. Solid called shortly after I dropped off the car to notify me that the iinsurance was all set and to confirm the pickup arrangments. Installation was perfect as far as I can tell.

These guys are great to deal with. I highly recommend them. They come right to your house and within 30 to 45 minutes are all done. Plus their work is warrantied for the rest of the time you own the vehicle.nnUnknown to me, I found out that I did not have glass insurance on my BMW right after they had finished installing the new windshield. Pedro gave me a great deal so that I would not have to pay my ridiculous $1000 deductible. Anytime my friends or family need new auto glass, I will be sending them to Solid Auto Glass!
