The Worst branch I’ve been to in Leominster. The manager Angela brown and Alicia is very unprofessional, lack of communication, doesn’t follow protocol or procedures. If you want to get excellent customer service go to a different branch.
The service is as good as it can be anywhere especially during the Covid restrictions which are there for everyone’s safety. So I strongly rate them 5 stars. Thank you DCU and keep up the good work.
Whomever designed this new branch should be ashamed. The drive thru and ATM lines are an accident waiting to happen. And the lines inside are worse. I drive from Leominster to the gold star branch and get quicker service they always have 6 teller stations open . It's worth the trip

Managers know the products well. They are fast and friendly. Great to do business with.
