Children were clean and happy. Staff was very kind and very helpful.

Staff is very unprofessional. The paraprofessionals their are rude, disrespectful, antagonistic and instead of helping the children there they push their buttons and encourage them to failure. They down talk the children and use their cell phones to record episodes of them provoking the children to later on laugh. There is a new person Ron Springer who has been helpful since he started his position there as the Vice Principal (the school never had one). However, Linda Dow is not what she appears to be, as a social worker for more than 30+ years she never reported the abuse my son experienced with a certain individual on several counts. Ron helped out with this as soon as he came in, and this person (Owen) no longer works there, after filing a 51A on the school. If it were up to Linda Dow these poor kids would have continued to get abused. Also, there were many issues with bedbugs for more than 3 weeks and more than 3 different times. The food is also terrible. I highly do NOT recommend this school for any child. The staff needs to be retrained in many areas. Our goal is for children to succeed. Not fail.

The mccaully nazzareth home for boys in Leicester Massachusetts is the worst establishment I've ever seen or heard of in my entire life every staff memeber that I met was very very unprofessional and definitely EXTREMELY UNTRAINED to be working in their profession they were swearing in front of the children and letting children swear and the staff were smoking cigarettes on the job right in front of the children also it definitely wasn't a clean establishment either
