F this place. Ordered for my family and the order got cancelled, but I never got a refund for it. Contacted them and they tried to act all slick like they didn’t just try and steal my money.

Worst app. Worse customer service. They up charge to use the app, all the prices are significantly higher. Then they don’t place the order with the restaurant right away or even correctly. I truly hope someone from south shore hospital revisits their partnership, because this app/website is border line fraudulent.

This place is a joke. I'm pretty sure it's just some guy in a basement. I was on hold forever and then told after waiting an hour and a half for our food that the driver was too busy and we could go pick it up ourselves. I called the restaurant we ordered the food from and they said they aren't even affiliated with them and don't even know why they are on their website. SSH gave us a voucher for this place. Do not ever use them. It's a scam.

Worst app I've ever used. Not only can you not use gift cards (it will charge your credit card the full amount), it doesn't even send the order to the restaurant for over 30 minutes. I placed an order, traveled to the restaurant and when I got there they still hadn't received my order. So I re - ordered in person and then they called about 15 minutes after the second order to confirm they had my first order, when I had already left with my second order. And of course I got charged by food squire anyway, it did not use the gift card balance from SSH. This happened twice to me. When I called support they said they would refund instantly to PayPal but I have still not received a refund. I feel like they're cheating the gift card purchasers out of money. They should refund both of my orders, since I was not able to use the gift card either time and it was the only reason for placing the orders. Also there is no way to see order status or past orders in the app, nor do they send any emails , just a text with no order number or any status. You go to the restaurant and they look at you like you're crazy because they don't have your order . This app has a terrible UI, no 'my account' section. It's total junk. A Boston based business ripping off Boston area hospitals and Boston residents with a $hit app, when you have some of the best developers in the world here.

Terrible app! Ordered food 2 hours ago called customer service he reassured me my food would be here in 20 minutes. 20 minutes went by, i called back and he came up with lame excuses about the delivery drivers not being able to deliver. They werent even going to call me to tell me my food isnt coming. Terrible/shady business. Sounds like a scam to me. Dont even bother.
