I like this place,it is a great to go to get a hardcore workout, easy to park at,they also have an access to the trail right out there back door! You can run through Milford and come back and do weights. Pretty convenient if you ask me. It is also a clean and well run gym.
Best box ever! All the coaches there are amazing and all the members are welcoming. Great place for beginners and seasoned athletes!
