The sales experience was great. Brad explained everything and took all the time we needed to feel comfortable with solar power, the installation, and the financing. He helped us look at options for financing and helped us find the least expensive way to pay for our solar.nThe overall process was easy for us. Rayah managed all of the forms and permits so we just had to sign and wait for the installation. The installation team was really efficient and did a great job on the installation and configuration.nThanks to Rayah, we can now see our electric meter going backwards! We recommend Rayah to anyone looking for solar power.

After spending a lot of time researching solar companies, I decided Rayah Solar was the company for my family. They not only had excellent service, but the pricing was the best as well. Brad has been very competitive in his pricing. He supplied me with LG panels, Generac inverter, batteries and automatic transfer switch. The equipment is smart and works together effortlessly and has apps for monitoring on my phone. Rayah can also monitor for performance as well. This would be great if the system needs to be serviced in the future. Their warranty was the best offered. I have enjoyed the Rayah experience and hope others can as well. This system is saving me hundreds of dollars per month already and will pay for itself quickly. Their team is very friendly, knowledgeable and and highly skilled. Brad knew everything and helped from incentives, financing, install. I will recommend to co-workers, family and friends. Great option especially for $0 down.

Owner / founder was quite knowledgeable and explained everything well. He was extremely friendly, professional, and competent and we went with company because of his expertise. Installation went smooth and no issues there. However, downhill from there dealing with rest of company: 1) we were setting up virtual metering against 2 meters (multi-family) and their recommendation to set up against largest use meter was incorrect (everyone says it should have been set up against smallest use, including them), which will cost thousands in electrician fees to fix. 2) We had an issue with system in mid-November and it took them until March to fix. However, in order to get it fixed, had to contact multiple times (they never seemed to follow up on their own even though they promised they would), and an issue with virtual metering is still not resolved (it's now July) with having to email and call them every few weeks. Overall, probably best to go with another company since they are plenty of great ones out there.

5 Star Company! I had a great experience with Rayah. I have been a business owner for over 60 years, so I know the difference between a great company and a mediocre company. I pride myself on not being one of the easiest guys to work with. Rayah was able to handle all the intricacies of a solar construction process, and they were willing to work with me and my sometimes pressuring demeanor.nnWith the new price increase from my utility, my solar incentives are paying me better than $1,500 every 3 months; with SREC's plus an average of $100.00 monthly electric bill. Here is the best part, the extra income from my solar leaves me enough extra money to pay my property taxes in full +.nnI'm always willing to share my experience with Rayah, and anyone considering doing business with them.nnWishing you at Rayah all the best and thank you.nn----------Don

I bought my panels at the end of 2015. I have had them for 3 full years at the time that I am writing this review. I have had one problem with a inverter and it was replaced within a week. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service that I have received. I recommend Rayha Solar to all my friends,family and to you.
